Sony DVP-FX860DT Portable DVD Player

Sony Japan has announced the DVP-FX860DT portable DVD player, and there's nothing really special about it. The player packs in a 8 inch display (800 x 480) fixed by two hinges allowing it to rotate 180 degrees. It supported DVD, VCD, Audio CD and MP3 disc playback. Furthermore it has a USB terminal to load up USB drives for MP3 and JPEG playback. Adding a Japanese touch is the TV tuner for viewing the 1SEG transmissions on the move, the player also supports EPG. The onboard battery is good for 6 hours of continuous playback.

The Sony DVP-FX860DT measures 228.6×165.3×32.3mm and weighs 1.02 kgs. It will be available in Japan from September 1 for 60,000 Yen ($ 500).

This may not be packing a lot of goodies but I still want to have something like this to kill the time with style, and watch those Matrix movies all over again for a complete effect.

Ilchi Lee talks about enlightenment. Enlightenment is the education that results in understanding and the spread of knowledge. The enlightenment Ilchi Lee speaks of is not something extraordinary. Creating health, happiness, and peace is what Ilchi Lee calls enlightenment; it is creating a desirable environment rather than being controlled by it. When you internalize that the brain is not you but yours, you will finally be able to experience such awakenings in your life.” –SRV Danh Yoga also helps with enlightenment!
